How to apply: Brush a light coat of Bond at the base of your lash and wait 30 seconds. Using the applicator place the clusters underneath your natural eyelashes. Once all the cluster lashes are in place, clamp your lashes using the applicator to ensure they are secure. Use the Seal only where you used the Bond.
